Every one of them.

Clear, compassionate answers about coercive control, leaving safely, and how Jeni's course and group coaching can help you come home to yourself.

Part One

Recognizing what is happening

Coercive control often hides in plain sight, especially for women the world sees as strong and successful. Clarity is the first step.

What is coercive control?
Coercive control is a pattern of behavior used to dominate a partner through isolation, monitoring, intimidation, financial control, and the slow erosion of your confidence and autonomy. It is rarely a single event, which is why it can be so hard to name.
I'm successful at work. Could this really be happening to me?
Yes. Many of the women Jeni works with are executives and leaders. Competence at work does not protect anyone from control at home. In fact, high-achieving women often minimize what they are experiencing because it doesn't match the stereotype.
There's no physical violence. Does it still count?
Absolutely. Coercive control can exist without any physical harm. Emotional, financial, and psychological control are real forms of abuse, and your experience deserves to be taken seriously.
Is this therapy or legal advice?
No. Jeni offers trauma-informed coaching grounded in lived experience and extensive study. Coaching works beautifully alongside therapists, attorneys, and advocates, and Jeni will encourage you to build that team. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.

Part Two

Leaving safely & working together

How Jeni's approach, boundary work, and programs support you before, during, and after the relationship ends.

Still Have Questions?
What makes Jeni's approach different?
Jeni is a cult survivor and a survivor of a 25-year coercively controlling marriage. Her method blends that lived experience with years of coaching accomplished women and deep study in domestic abuse recovery, including her signature approach to boundary work.
What is the signature boundary work?
It's a structured, practical way to rebuild the boundaries that control wore down, so you can protect your energy, communicate clearly during separation and divorce, and trust your own judgment again.
Do I need to have decided to leave before joining?
Not at all. Many women begin while they are still seeking clarity. The work meets you where you are, whether you are questioning, planning, in the middle of divorce, or rebuilding afterward.
Is everything confidential and private?
Yes. Discretion is central to this work. Group members agree to strict confidentiality, and you may participate using a first name only. Jeni can also share tips for accessing materials privately and safely.
How do the course and group coaching work together?
The self-paced online course gives you the framework to identify control and plan your path forward. Live group coaching calls then help you apply it to your real life, with guidance from Jeni and support from women who truly understand.
