My Story
I know how control hides in plain sight. I lived it for decades.
I am a cult survivor, and I spent 25 years in a coercively controlling marriage. From the outside, my life looked capable and composed. On the inside, I was slowly disappearing.
Leaving taught me what no textbook could. Years of study in domestic abuse recovery gave me the language. And quietly, through word of mouth alone, I began walking beside highly successful women in tech and business as they recognized the truth, left safely, and began again.
You can lead a boardroom and still be controlled at home. Both can be true. And you can still get free.
