My Story

I Learned the Mechanics of Power From the Inside Out.

Long before I coached executives, I lived inside the systems I now help people dismantle. I am a cult survivor, and I spent 25 years in a coercively controlling marriage. Those years taught me how power is quietly taken from capable, brilliant people, not through force, but through subtle structural leverage most never learn to see.

Recovery became research. I combined my lived experience with years of dedicated study in behavioral analysis and abuse recovery, and with my training as a performing artist and writer. The result is The Trust Guide: a framework that reveals the invisible mechanics of truth, trust, and influence.

Today, entirely by word of mouth, I have guided highly successful tech and business executives to recognize coercive dynamics, protect their autonomy, and navigate high-conflict personalities with clarity and strategic calm.
